SurfBreak has four distinct accommodations. All welcome guests age 16+, but the layout and amenities are different enough that choosing the right one matters.
Tree Cabin
Elevated and immersed in the canopy. Queen bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, hot shower, and forest-view deck. No kitchenette or cooking facilities.
Bungalow Left
Private tropical bungalow with queen bed, full kitchen, private hot-water bath, and covered porch.
Bungalow Right
Laid-back bungalow with queen bed, kitchen, shaded porch, hammock, and tropical-tiled shower.
Garden Apartment
Ground-level apartment with queen bed, full kitchen, sofa lounge, garden setting, and SurfBreak’s only air conditioning.

Direct Booking Terms
These terms apply to reservations booked directly with SurfBreak. Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or another third-party platform follow the cancellation and payment terms displayed by that platform.
More Than 60 Days Before Arrival
Cancellation is eligible for a full refund.
30–60 Days Before Arrival
Cancellation is eligible for a 50% refund.
Within 30 Days of Arrival
The reservation is non-refundable.
Direct Card Payments
Direct reservations paid by credit card include a 5% card-processing fee. This applies to direct card payments only; third-party booking platforms use their own payment terms and fees.
Arrival, Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In
Normal check-in is 2:00 p.m. If the room is ready earlier, early check-in is welcome when possible.
Check-Out
Normal check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Tell Us Your Arrival Time
Please send an approximate arrival time in advance so the accommodation can be ready and someone can be available to meet you. If you expect a later evening arrival, advance notice is especially helpful.

No. Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or another third-party platform follow the policy shown by that platform at the time of booking.
Is there a fee for paying by card?
Direct credit-card payments include a 5% card-processing fee. Third-party platforms use their own payment structures.
